Former Tennis Executive Sues Over Nonpayment

Ken Solomon asserts claims against Tennis Channel parent company Sinclair 🎾

What better way to celebrate the start of the U.S. Open than with some tennis drama?

An extended dispute between former Tennis Channel CEO Ken Solomon and parent company Sinclair Inc. has spiraled into a lawsuit filed in Los Angeles Superior Court last Friday, August 22.

At the center of the lawsuit?

Money.

Solomon is alleging the broadcasting giant is seeking to avoid paying him an undisclosed eight-figure amount in options and bonuses from a sale of the network.

Despite being for sale for 18 months, a deal for Tennis Channel hasn’t occurred yet.
